Partner/reseller program access

All services are informational and advisory in nature unless stated otherwise.

2. NO GUARANTEES

We do not guarantee:

Business results

Revenue or income

Specific outcomes

Results depend on individual execution and external factors.

3. PAYMENTS

All payments are:

Final

Non-refundable (unless stated otherwise in writing)

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services.

4. PARTNER / RESELLER TERMS

Partners:

Act as independent contractors

Are not employees or agents of Core Partners

May not make guarantees or representations on behalf of the Company

Core Partners is not responsible for actions taken by partners.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Core Partners is not liable for:

Business decisions made based on our services

Financial losses

Indirect or consequential damages

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, systems, and content provided remain the property of Core Partners and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without permission.

7. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:

Refuse service

Terminate access

Remove users or partners

at our discretion.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws in the relevant jurisdiction of operation.
